Chili Cook-Off!

Hosted in Partnership With Philadelphia Presbyterian Church

11501 Bain School Rd., Mint Hill, NC 28227

Nothing announces autumn's arrival like amazing chili. (Except perhaps pumpkin spice!) This year, at our first annual Fall Festival, we invite you to show off your cooking skills by entering our chili cook-off. Participants will place votes for their favorites during the festival and the winner will be announced at the end of the event. Register by clicking the button above to be included in the contest. We can't wait to see what you cook up!

Even if you don't plan on entering the cook-off, we hope you will bring your family and friends out and join us for a great afternoon full of fun, food, crafts, pumpkin painting, games, hay rides, and more! We look forward to see you at our fall festival! For full event details, visit our Fall Festival info page. Please be sure to share the event with your friends, family, co-workers, church, or other groups! Happy Cooking!

Tips to Help Make Your Chili Stand Out:
  • Have a sign for your table with your chili name and the name of the chef who made it

  • Arrive to the event no later than 3:30 pm to sign in and set up your table

  • Have plenty of chili so lots of people can sample. There will be power available and we encourage crock-pots. (You will not have access to the kitchen at the venue!)

  • You are allowed to provide toppings or sides (example, cornbread) if you think it enhances your chili

Items Provided for You at the Event:

  • Tables

  • Napkins for samplers

  • Cups and spoons for samples

  • Bowls for after sampling and judging is complete

  • Disposable tablecloth

  • Jar for vote tickets

Items You Need to Bring With You:
